Kanchanpur, Feb 3: District jail office is thinking that its hard to oblige expanding number of detainees for need of space.
With a sum of 260 detainees against the limit of just 95 at present, the jail is so quite swarmed that prisoners are compelled to think about exhibitions and sections. Some of them have been moved to tents raised close-by, said jailor Shyam Raj Bhatta.
Moreover, the detainees are compelled to invest hours in line to poop or have water from water taps with the jail overflowed with detainees past limit, he said.
