Biratnagar, Feb 3: Nepali Congress general secretary Dr Shashanka Koirala has, said that the races were fundamental to actualize the constitution.
Conversing with writers at Biratnagar Airport today, pioneer Koirala opined for holding nearby race in existing set up clamming that there may be debate while holding race in another set up.
He included that they were working out to persuade the Madhesi Alliance for the race.
Pioneer Koirala said that Madhesi Alliance was attempting to assume a twofold part in association of holding race in this way, they ought to be sure about it
In another note, he said that the following government would be framed after nearby survey.
