Kathmandu, Feb 1: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" today counseled with law specialists about the report of Local Body Restructuring Commission (LBRC).
Amid a meeting that occurred at the PM's legitimate living arrangement Baluwatar today, the PM looked for proposals from specialists for law for making the report exhibited by the LBRC to the administration all-worthy, the Office of the Prime Minister said.
Accordingly, they requested time from the PM for study before recommending him on the matter. They were of the view that the LBRC was relied upon to work in accordance with criteria set by the administration and given order and the legislature could change the report according to the need of great importance.
Lawyer General and a lawful counsel to the legislature, Raman Kumar Shrestha, Nepal Bar Association President Sher Bahadur KC, Bar General Secretary Khamba Bahadur Khati and advocates Surendra Mahato and Dipendra Jha were available in the meeting.
