A tiger rose up out of a timberland at Mahuban VDC of the region and assaulted five people including a police investigator abandoning them truly harmed.
Moti Lal Yadav and Asman Raut Kurmi from Lakhanpur VDC-9, and Mahendra Sahani from Ramnagari-7 were assaulted by the tiger while they were developing a field at Mahuba VDC.
A group of police people was activated from Mahuban Area Police Office to safeguard the ranchers. However, the tiger jumped on the protecting police people Arun Jha and Chakra Saha.
Afterward, the lurking huge feline was shot dead by the police.
Those with serious harms Saha, Yadav, Kurmi and Sahani-have been carried to Kathmandu for further treatment.
