Butwal, Jan 30: The 107th recorded release of Bhandcha Festival has begun at Bhandcha town of Rampur in Rupandehi area.
The celebration otherwise called Maghe Aaunsi Mela is being praised for over a century bringing into help the Tharu people group's social move exhibitions and parades.
